Michael J Hanes, MAT, ATR-BC, LPC is the Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Ridge Institute. He is a Registered Art Therapist-Board Certified and a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has served on the faculty of Phoenix University – OKC, University of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State University – OKC. Michael has 27 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. Additionally he has 16 years of experience working with co-occurring disorders at the Oklahoma County Detention Center and with the Federal Public Defender Office, Habeas Corpus. He is a consultant with The McCullough Group where he facilitates corporate workshops and trainings on team building, creative problem solving, and systems analysis. Read More.
Director of Finance and Human Resources
DeAnna Carter, PHR is the Director of both Finance and Human Resources at Eagle Ridge Institute. DeAnna earned both her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration from Mid-American Christian University. DeAnna has a passion for Human Resources and was able to further that interest by obtaining her PHR Certification in 2015. She has almost 10 years combined experience in Human Resources and Finance. DeAnna serves on the Leadership Team at ERI, and works with the department heads on staffing, budgets, financial operations, expenditure management, and benefit coordination. She prides herself on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to the Board of Directors and ERI stakeholders. Additionally, DeAnna is a wife and mother to one daughter and two sons.

Director of the Eagle Wings Substance Abuse Prevention Program
Mel Roberts is the Director of the Eagle Wings Substance Abuse Prevention Program at Eagle Ridge Institute in Oklahoma City, OK. This program has been created to prevent drug and alcohol abuse of at-risk Oklahoma City youth. Mr. Roberts is responsible for the direction of the program, to include program design and implementation. Mr. Roberts comes from a professional background in substance abuse treatment and is excited about working on the prevention end, providing the youth with the tools they need to make informed decisions in life, and ensuring their overall success. Mr. Roberts also holds a degree in Audio/Video Production and enjoys writing, producing and composing music in his private studio. As an incentive to complete the program, he shares his knowledge of studio engineering and recording with the youth he serves in the Eagle Wings program in the Eagle Wings Studio onsite at Eagle Ridge Institute.
Program Director- Regional Prevention Coordinator
Gerri Randolph is Director of Prevention for Eagle Ridge Institute. She currently oversees three prevention grants at both the state and federal level. She obtained her Bachelors in Sociology from University of Central Oklahoma and then her Masers degree in Non-profit Leadership from Oklahoma City University. Gerri has worked at Eagle Ridge Institute for five years starting out as a Strategic Prevention Framework Coordinator before being promoted to Director of Prevention. Her personal mission statement is “Helping others recognize and develop their assets and talents to benefit society”.
